Program Management Unit (PMU)

The WE-Care PMU focuses on the big picture, not just the daily grind. This unit is responsible for setting the program’s overall direction, shaping new initiatives, and planning how to expand existing ones. This includes managing the program’s resources, ensuring funds are used wisely, and developing all the necessary policies and procedures.

Beyond planning and resources, this agile unit also plays a crucial role in monitoring the program’s effectiveness. They collect and analyze data to see how well the program is performing, prepare detailed reports for funders and partners, and constantly look for ways to improve operations. They also manage relationships with external partners and address any major challenges or risks that arise, ensuring the WE-Care program remains strong and achieves its goals.
